This model is a 8 core fibre optical distribution box that provides a protected termination point for feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTH and FTTx communication networks. The plastic box integrates optical fibre splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one unit. It is ideal for corridor and other places where needing FTTH network connection.
The FDU(fiber distribution unit) is capable of housing 8 sc or lc adapters and with IP65 rating and anti-theft lock design. It can accommodate one inlet cable up to 8mm in diameter and 8 drop cable, and the fiber optic box is intended for indoor and outdoor use. The fiber distribution box can hold 8 cores termination, also can install a 1×8 mini plc splitter to distribute fiber cable and split the optical signal.
