RETURNS POLICY

Topfiberbox warrant the selected items in accordance with our guarantee period. We realize the need to actually see and handle an item to know if it is acceptable. Therefore, you may return any item to us within 30 days, new or used. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete and in original packing. We do not accept returns or changes on any speciality or tailed product order, this includes, but is not limited to cable assemblies, custom cut lengths, color matching, and fiber products. Shipping and handling charges for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This charge must be paid with the return, no C.O.D’s will be accepted.

Please contact our customer service at sales@topfiberbox.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
