The compact 16 fiber optic distribution box is both termination and splice point for optical fiber in indoor or outdoor environment, which used to connect feeder cable in outside plant network to FTTX drop cable. It adapts to direct or branch and terminal connection, which enables easy connection of drop cable by pre-connectorized drop cables into the box, also allows for end-users’ terminal connection in FTTH and FTTB projects. The fiber enclosure is weatherproof and provides splicing, splitting, wiring functions, and widely used in apartments, residential/business premises, villas for wall mount or pole mount installation.
This optical fiber cable distribution box comes with 3 access points and 16 exit ports, which can hold max 2 pcs 1:8 cassette splitter and 8 cores fusion splicing. It is of good plastics provides protection for splices and terminations; 2 opened cover for easier installation and maintenance; two independent area for splicing and cable distribution respectively, internal connection is made through optical cable and pre-terminated cassette splitter or pigtail.
