This dome fiber splice closure is a vertical splitting type fiber enclosure with 1 entry point and 4 exit ports for jointing or branching optical cable, can hold 96 cores to splice and also support 1：8, 1:16 or 1：32 optical fiber splitter. The shell of the fiber optic joint enclosure is of excellent industrial plastics(MPP); It features lightweight, excellent mechanical strength, anti-aging, strong corrosion-resistance; Inside of the optical cable joint box can place max 6 pcs fiber optic splice trayes for managing splices and excess fibers. The fiber splice closure is with good sealing performance, protection up to IP68. The fiber splice box is used for direct and branch connection during optical fiber transmission and provides cable joint connection protection.
The dome fiber optic enclosure integrates the function of distribution, splice, joint and storage of outdoor optical fiber cable(ofc), and can be used in aerial, duct, pole mounted, wall mounting, underground direct buried fiber cable projects .
There is another distribution type fiber splice enclosure which has same shape and can joint optical fiber up to 144 cores.
